Jianfeng Lu is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder and chairman of WIZ.AI. He founded WIZ.AI in Singapore in 2019, and now the company grows to be a leading Generative AI company in Southeast Asia, providing hyper-localised and omnichannel customer engagement solutions.

Driven by a top-notch local tech team, WIZ.AI’s intelligent platform facilitates over a million automated customer interactions hourly, enabling exceptional customer service and strong business ROI. With a growing international presence, WIZ.AI caters to over 300 clients across 17 nations, with Fortune 500 companies and unicorn start-ups accounting for 60% of its clientele.

Jianfeng was the former head of China R&D at Trend Micro Inc, and the former VP of Qihu 360 Inc ( NYSE: QIHU). As an active angel investor across China, U.S and SEA, he has invested over 10 portfolios of enterprise service and AI, and three unicorn companies.

Dr. Hongjiang Zhang is a renowned computer scientist and executive. In 2022, he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering (US) for his technical contributions and leadership in multimedia computing. A Fellow of IEEE and ACM, Dr. Zhang is recognized for his leadership in media computing and his groundbreaking work in video and image content analysis and search. He received the 2010 IEEE Computer Society Technical Achievement Award and the 2012 ACM SIGMM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award.

Dr. Zhang was a founding member of Microsoft Research Asia and also served as the CTO for Microsoft China Research and Development Group and the managing director of the Microsoft Advanced Technology Center. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of BAAI and a senior advisor of Carlye Group (NASDAQ: CG). He was also CEO and Executive Director of Kingsoft, a board member of Cheetah Mobile Inc. (NYSE: CMCM), Xunlei Limited (NASDAQ: XNET), and 21Vianet Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET).
